To the person that asked why your power curve looks the way it does....bisi it seems doesnt really lower the vtec much and it appears thats why you spike so hard right around 5500-6000 when the motor comes on the big cam. You should lower vtec if its not to like 4k because the full race manifold wants vtec lower, it will give a LOT more midrange. I use a log with that same turbo and make less peak torque but drop off a lot less as well. You are pushing that compressor and turbine wheel to their maximum with the #'s your getting so its normal for torque to drop some.
I just talked to Bisi and Hedi last night to address the VTEC engagement. It's not so much that he doesn't like to or hasn't tried to lower vtec engagement. He did try to lower the VTEC but my car and setup didn't like it.
In contrast, a few days ago he tuned a supercharged S2000 where the vtec engagement was at 4100 because that's what worked best for his setup.

Either way, both he and his wife Hedi has invited me back to alleviate any rumors of him not knowing where to put the vtec engagement. If for some reason lowering it works better, he's not too proud and would be the first to admit it, learn from it and become a better tuner because of it. And If not, he's already a better tuner just for trying (IMO).

I need to go back to get a psi/speed tune for traction anywyas Again, I stand 100% behind my tuner and the tune he gives me.

I also welcome any comments and suggestions with my setup. Thanks for looking!

Thanks Passman. you've helped alot along the way, your install is a very clean install too. I've had my share of problems (melted motor mount, leaking hondata IMG, turbo bolts backing out, melted fuse box...) Which have all been taken care of andl very worth it in the end!

I copied your oil filter location too. The original location is only good if you have a filter that has elements you can replace because it screws out from the bottom of the filter. I made a mess when changing out the break in oil.

The swaintech does not chip off, but it's still waaay too hot! I still melted my polyurethane motor mount! The heat shield really helps. its a good long term investment IMO!
