so we where having a cam sync issue. Rev who produces the ms3 gave me a firmware disabling it. We tried retuning and ran into this issue. My tuner thinks maybe the cam sensor being disabled maybe the issue. Rev said he ran his first two cars with no cam sensor for a year. I'm working with rev and blacktrax to resolve the issue.

Back from the dead. Car still not up and running. Turns out there ways to much back pressure causing all the issues. Manifold was crap as it was a knock off. Purchased a top mount ram horn style from another member. Should be arriving next week. Car will go back for an alignment(everything suspension wise has been changed) and tuning hopefully around thanksgiving time. Thanks for all the help.

So I bought this off another member. It’s actually a bottom mount and looks similar to a full blown? Can anyone help ID it? I’m on the fence about getting it ceramic coated or just replace the wrap? Both possibly? Any input is appreciated.

It looks like fullrace ramhorn. Take all that shitty wrap off and either ceramic coat or buy an inconel heat shield cover for it. I have that wrap on my dp and i hate it. It starts fraying and gets real messy.

dont you have a similar setup? Or was yours top mount. I’m trying to decide if I should relocate stuff or fab up a heat shield for the battery and fuse box

I have a pfab equal length topmount. The heat issues will be the same with your new mani and something like mine. Better off to relocate the battery and fusebox to be safe. I used 0gauge welding wire and relocated baterry to the trunk no problems. Youll also need a small distribution block to wire up your eps box and alternator wire i think it was to the battery.
use heat shielding to the manifold to prevent the paint on your hood from burning. Then again i guess you could get away with really thick and proper heatshielding if you were to keep your battery there. I would at least relocate the fusebox tho.
the fusebox to the passenger side fender is prob the easiest. Everything fits thru the existing hole in the chassis and you only need to extend 4 or 5 wires.

looks like the fullrace prostreet. I have the same set up and had it for many years. Its a good kit that can give you good solid power. I never had mine wrap just coated. I had the fuse box in the engine bay for many years and never had it melt anything. I did relocate the battery and finally relocated the fuse ...

awesome, good to know. I definitely want to relocate the battery maybe just turn the fuse box sideways. What did you do about ac lines? Also what kind of power where you making? I’ll be using 91 pump for now.
