thanks man. sorry im a noob on this shit. first build but im thinking about tial 44mm wastegate and tial 50mm blow off? any input on that? also thinking of running e85 since the gas station down the street from my house sells it. does anyone know how much more fuel you'll burn? if its not to much i would consider it. i want it more for the lower boost rather then price im paying for gas. thanks again everyone.
E85 will burn about %25 more than regular gas but cheaper so it balance out. It will allow you to boost more safely for more power. I had the same turbo as you running E85 on a revhard cast manifold and I put out 470 on 15psi. I ran that for over a year and 12,000 miles with no problems. I now switch to a full-race manifold. You will definitely need ID1000 and probably a full-blown 340 fuel pump if you decide to use E85 and I don't see why not since its just down the street from where you live. Lucky!
thanks man thats what i needed to hear. looks like im gonna resell these rc 750's and get that fuel pump too. at 470hp you had no tranny problems?

44 tial wastegate and 50mm tial bov are top notch parts, go with those, I really only suggest going e85 if you are going for over 500hp, just keep it simple and run pump gas if u only want 350, u can always go e85 later on if the hp bug bites you, and it most likely will

No tranny problems. That's because I do lots of launches or power shift

That's absolutely true for only 350hp but I pretty sure he will be bored of that power. I had the same turbo and manifold and could not push pass 400hp safely on pump gas because of manifold. I ran 470 safely and reliably on e85. I wouldn't be able to do that with pump gas. Plus the e85 station is just down the street

what psi were you running when you hit 470hp on e85 with the pfab manifold.

i was running 15psi with the RevHard cast manifold. my tuner said this was a conservative tune because of the E85. i ran at this power for over 12k miles with no problems. pretty sure it would have lasted much more but i wanted more power so i switch to a full-race mani
