You need a high flow cat if your boost is dropping off in the high RPM's.
Was that with a 70MM single exhaust or stock or?

i'll let it be for the summer, and then buy a HFC in the fall
In 1st or 2nd, when I go WOT hard, it spikes to 11, then up past 7,000RPMS it settles back down to 8-9, Taon said this is a usual problem with Manual Boost controller, but I don't mind, its like a margin of safety, high boost down in the lower RPMS, and the Boost falls slightly off at higher RPMS, when things are more likely to go BOOM

I'm hoping for good things with my 70 MM Greddy and Berk high flow cat.

Thats what chris has said I believe...
I live in a state that dosen't care about CARB... sadly, most people probably cant spell CARB here, let alone know what it is.
I'd actually prefer the "upgraded" downpipe. That way I can piece together what I want.
I want Greddy to do a 70mm Downpipe, I'll throw a 70mm Testpipe on there, and then probably the Invidia V3 (or another comparable 70mm Dual)
