Has anybody else had problems with Haltech Platinum Pro?
Not to add fuel to the fire, but a car that was previously fine for an entire year came back in for a AP2 engine swap and retune and is now having the random misfire. I had 2-3 pulls on the dyno that it occurred, and probably 30-40 that it didnt. Changing plugs, coils, cam/crank sensors, etc does not resolve the issue. Even changed cam/crank sensitivity tables with no resolution. Its not repeatable every time so its almost impossible to "fix" at least on mechanical/tuning side of things.
Jeff,
Does the misfire worry you as far as longevity for our engines is concerned?
For the cars affected, should we not be making pulls until this is resolved?

Still waiting on something from Matt. They told me that I need to install mine first and see if I have the issue. If so, they will take care of it apparently.

My thoughts exactly. Ive honestly thought about selling it for an AEM, but hopefully it will work out because I'd really rather run the Haltech. Really it kinda pisses me off that they wont do something about it before its on considering its apparently a common problem.
I fired up a post on their FB page.
