herecomesboost build thread (part 2)
Street. I'll toss the car on a dyno for a few power pulls (to compare my numbers from VirtualDyno with a physical dyno) after I install the new injectors/raise the boost to 20-25psi (whatever the current clutch will hold). Ostensibly, VirtualDyno numbers are typically close to numbers from a physical dyno (1-3%). I'm just curious. The car is running great!
Shooting for mid/high 500's; the current (ACT stage 2) clutch will be the limiting factor. I'm shooting for 600-650whp after the v160/twin disc swap (likely this coming spring/summer).

I'm currently doing cell-by-cell tuning from vacuum --> 0psi load conditions; using boost fuel trim for positive pressure. Both my 93 and E85 maps have the same general shape (due to the fact that I'm using boost fuel trim), but the injector pulse widths are different (of course). My 'advanced boost' options (boost by gear/vss/rpm/tps) are different for the 93 and E85 maps. Kind of a long winded answer to your question, but the boost pressure is dynamic/a function of ethanol content; it changes on the fly.
I met up with Tom (tom153) earlier this afternoon to buy his FID2k's. I'll either install them later this evening or tomorrow after work

Definitely. Just hoping for 550whp (or so) until I upgrade my trans (either v160 or GForce)
They are tall). Too late to start up the car tonight, but I plan on driving it to work in the morning
