S2000 Forced Induction S2000 Turbocharging and S2000 supercharging, for that extra kick.

Ignition options? Coils, plugs and stuff.

Can´t make up my mind, please help me out guys. Really prefer to keep things simple without extra parts and boxes but will go that route if needed.
Then the AEM smart coils are your best option. The price is right, no additional boxes, and we have put them through their paces for sure. No smoke and mirrors here. 100's of 1/4 mile hits, lots of dyno pulls, and actually made the power that others have claimed. It's the best ignition solution I've used to date. And this is proven by the results no just my opinion.

If you want to spend more on other stuff it's out there, but no need too.

The one thing you'll have to do with the smart coils is a mounting solution.

We run 8's or 9's, NGK Iridium
Sounds like a good solution, like the BAS idea as well but bigger coils sounds like a better idea than raped OEM ones. Probably better coil cooling and longer life on the AEM´s.

I got it working fine. Had problems with the custom ignition coil wires I made. It was custom crimped, so every time I go pull the coil wires out, the wires would sometimes come loose at the crimp causing misfires. I would have to cut and re crimp again. I just need to come up with a better solution. I drove a couple months with the AEM coils.

And to add to that, my car is lowered on springs and recently started getting vibration under acceleration in third gear under boost. I attributed that to misfires. I added spacers to the differentials and the acceleration under boost is smooth now.

I went back to the boost a spark because my mounting solution just sucked. It makes the engine bay way too cluttered. It needed professional wiring like Carey's. And for my application, I didn't really needed the AEM coils.

No meant the OEM ones. Like the CBR idea but don´t want any extra boxes, looking for beefy upgrade coils.

Wiring info. Will stock cables work? Any info would help.
Making a mounting bracket isn't too hard.
