Inline Pro 5965B turbo build
Good to know its only the tires.
Also, make sure your new tires are running in the correct direction. Im sure they are directional tires and should have an arrow on them to show what direction they need to be running in. Its not unheard of to find out that the tire shop put the tires on the car running in the wrong direction and this could also cause the noises youre having.

I've had shops put the rear tires on the front, I've had shops destroy my hub centric rings, I've had a shop forget to torque one tire down to spec and the last shop lost my Rays valve cap and tried to dupe me with a POS plastic one. I did make them look for it for 20 plus minutes till they finally did find it.

Update:
I installed a new precision 5965B ball bearing unit last weekend on the car. I was having issues with smoke in vtec on the dyno as well as smoke after letting the car idle and then giving it some gas. After pulling the turbo I found that there was no restrictor in my original 5965B journal bearing turbo. A .065 restrictor may have been all I needed..
Anyways the new turbo is in... I do have an issue with the turbo rubbing the frame rail on left turns though, so I will need to get the car up and once again loosen the cover in order to clock the housing a little more away from the rail. (BTW I am using my original cover) Before I had around 1/8 of an inch clearance and right now I only have around 1/16 of an inch between the turbo and the frame rail. Not looking forward to this as one bolt in particular is a royal PITA to access, but it's got to be done.

Yes it does run in the blood line.
I had a fun couple of pulls tonight on the way home from my parents after changing one of my two broken motor mounts..
I pulled up on a yellow Ferrari. Im not sure of what model it was but it was a newer one, with two single lights out back like the S, with four tips coming out more towards the center of the car and out of its rear diffuser.
I downshifted forth, the guy looked over and then I pulled to the top of forth hitting boost cut at 8500 RPM. I then slowed to around 65 to let him catch up to me, as I wanted to play. He then came and did a fly by and was around four or so cars ahead by the time I dropped forth again, but I was right on his back bumper in no time! I swung to the lane next to him and then pulled around four cars and hit boost cut again at the top of forth and then threw it into fifth.. After that I slowed again and he came up to me, and we did a little back and forth pulls and then he pulled along side and gave me a thumbs up with a big smile. (cool guy)
Definitely felt good to play with one of the big boys and he was more than a little shocked im sure..
I was data logging at the time and was boosting high 15's with my boost cut occurring at 8500 at a slight lean condition (12.5-12.8) while hitting around 16.5-16.8 psi. I'm going to richen up that one cell and try to get it to where all my other cells are (11.8 or so).
