I'm still a bit of a noob when it comes to turbos. I currently have a 04 BB and just got the Greddy due to ease of install. From reading up on both the inline pro and Greddy i got that you need (or should) switch to NGK -8 plugs, 70mm exhaust, and for anything over 10 psi 3mm head gasket. looks like the wife wants one now too. she's getting bored with the 07 si coupe she has. so I'm thinking of getting an ap1 and the inline pro and give her my ap2. So to my question, it seems like no one likes the e-manage. is there something wrong with it? If so what exactly don't you guys like about it. Also, what injectors and fuel pump would you recommend for the inline pro? I'd like to be able to break the 400 mark and understand what goes into building up the heads and bottom end. I also saw you mentioned issues with certain clutch. what kind of problems have you run into in the past besides the clutch being not easy to control in traffic. Has anyone had any issues with oem plug wires on the NGK's? Lastly, if you have a 70mm exhaust, and a 3" down pipe do you have any issues where they mate? I haven't heard of anyone using a 2 3/4 down pipe. Is there any reason for that? Thanks for all of the information you guys have put out so far it's been very helpful!

-ok so I exaggerated when I said "bit of a noob"

Well I got things finally fixed with the motor mounts!
I ended up shimming the passenger side mount and now I have a good 1/4 inch of clearance!!!

Its working just fine. Did some data logging on the way to work today and the car was running great at 15.5 psi with no signs of the turbo hitting the frame anymore.

Well it looks like my head gasket finally took a dump on me.

I noticed my water level in my overflow bottle was around 3/8 of an inch higher than it usually is. Turned the heat on in the car and no heat... Then revved the car and got heat back. The bottle then went around 3/8 of an inch lower than it usually does after the car had cooled for the night. Car has also not felt as fast for a while, but I thought it was just me..

Fast forward to yesterday afternoon. Drove the car home and only did a tiny bit of boosting but nothing balls to the wall and nothing more than two or three seconds at half throttle. Get in the garage and check the bottle and it is now one inch from the top of the bottle top! It has never been that high in the bottle so I definitely think the gasket is out.

Thinking of the following options to fix things in order of most likely to least likely what i'm thinking of doing:

1) Cosworth 1.1 mm head gasket
2) Built bottom end with OEM gasket
3) Inline pro gasket

I did not list OEM by itself as I feel the Cosworth is as close to that as I want to be. All installs will be with ARP's. I've already decided they are definitely going in.
