Very nice build.

Don't worry about belt slip until it happens. There are several ways to improve belt traction.

The t-trim performs well above the s-trim limit of 53,000, I've run a t-trim to 57,000 rpm and reached 1.6 bar without going hot. There is a limit and 57,000 is approaching it.
There are some in the Mustang corral that talk of 62,000 plus rpm but I think it is just horse s*** and wouldn't trust any of it. There are other considerations when spinning above 50,000 rpm.

You didn't paint and polish the tranny.

Beware of this lock nut.

It tends to get rounded after use. I have a great replacement if you are intereted pm me.

thanks for the info, I PM'ed you.

Maybe I will paint the tranny next winter

My vortech pulleys are also billet pulleys now, didn't really count on the original plastic ones. Time will tell if it's a good choice or not, also modified the tensioner.

No idea yet. Haven't been dynoed yet. Next wednesday I will go to the dyno with it, now I'm just breaking it in.

We didn't pull any numbers in base tuning session. No idea of psi, but my gauge is showing 12-13psi in 4500rpm, and the maximum should be somewhere near 8000rpm

I hope it will be 20psi or near it.

Hello neighbour Just came back from the cruise, everthing else works well, but I don't like the Kaaz 1.5way LSD, too loud. Hope it will break in better after few hundred kilometers.

I'm from Tampere, Me and my friend, who is also s2ki member but driving nowadays with white NSX, were thinking to make a roadtrip to Sweden this summer. Where are you located?
Sundsvall here.

Ok, Had the dyno today. Ran into little problems, I was going to install new injectors yesterday, but didn't have the right cushions for it. So we tuned about 3 hours, which took 2 hours to get the Vtec working

The redline is now in 8500 and boost amount I still don't know exact, but my gauge registers about 16-18psi.

Tuner said that when I get the injectors, and also I decided to try 3" pulley, we should get more out of it.

Oh, and the Vtec was set on 5000rpm

lower vtec to 4k. your losing out on a lot of midrange right now. i personally wouldnt rev that motor that high, but thats your choice.

graph is weird, they are both scaled the same but dont cross at 5252. is that a din correction thing?
