My corolla runs again! AP86
Nothing too special but got some work done. My friend Mark came up from portland (works at PSI) to do my chassis harness.
Heres the whole under dash and engine bay chassis wiring outside the car.

My battery disconnect solenoid, the wiring is just tied tight for now. It all gets wrapped after we get the engine harness done.

Couple pics of my gauges in the plate I got from a guy online and local friend cut the holes on his cnc.

That big bitch of a trans waiting for a cover.

And competition clutch is making me a twin disc for the conversion, so anybody else interested in doing a Z trans can call them up and they can buy it. Cost was is 1795 shipped. Thats not that much more than the normal price and its still cheaper than some other brands of twin clutches so I'm pretty happy. Hopefully everthing works out and this thing gets rolling sooner rather than later. After the clutch gets here the motor/trans can get bolted solid, Mark is gonna come up and finish the engine wiring and I need to get the tunnel done and get the turbo manifold welded. Theres a long way to go but it will drive.

trans was 630 after tax and core charge at a local LKQ junkyard. Thats exactly what I sold my s2k trans for so the trans swap isnt costing me that much more to do right off the bat.
Lookin good man, things are coming together! Awesome manifold you just bought too
PS I have the other adapter plate, modified 2006 350z transmission and pilot bearing solution for sale if anyone is interested.

Made my trans mount finally, and started on the new tunnel for the z trans, and cut the shifter down but that thing wont weld for shit.
before and after, the after shot its just sitting there thats why the angle is funny.

2 of the pieces of the tunnel set in place, gonna trim the back at that line and make a curved filler piece for the back.

Got the tunnel finished up.

Sealer, which I am no good at but whatever.

Also ordered a racetech rt1000 seat, bought that shorter shifter mount, and a full-race manifold that should be here thursday. I'm not sure if the manifold will fit but if it does that will be one less thing to have to make/worry about.
