Default New Twinscrew SC?

https://boostengineeringinc.com/prod...percharger-kit

So my friend ran across this the other day. This looks pretty interesting to me. I dont see many (if any at all) twin screw setups for our cars and i'm actually kind of curious why. Most if not all SC kits are centrifugal, and i'm assuming its to take advantage of our high RPM range and Vtec, however a twin screw setup would allow us to experience some nice low end torque without having to go turbo. Based on the website this seems like a passion project as they only sell S2000 custom fab parts. Apparently the owner is aiming for a CARB legal setup which makes this attractive for me since i live in California. I had the Edelbrock SC on my BRZ and i enjoyed the power and torque however i hated how the engine vibrated due to the extra 100 lbs the SC was adding on top of the engine.

Anyone have any thoughts on this?

There is a thread on it already.

There has only been one other roots style kit for the S2000 that I'm aware of and it's pretty rare. I'm guessing the fab/engineering time looked easier with a turbo/centrifugal setup in the past, we are truly lucky to have new products coming out for our(at best) 10year old platform though.
