E85 swap, on a basic level, were talking injectors and a fuel pump. How big of a deal is an upgraded fuel rail? Or fuel pressure regulator? Or bigger feed lines?

I want to hit 600hp, but I don't want to spend more money than is needed to do so.

buy injectors and a fuel pump. an upgraded fuel rail and fpr isn't necessary to make 600whp.

Are studs or bolts better for connecting the turbo to the manifold?

full race says studs. i've been using bolts on my pfab manifold for 3500 miles with no issues. i'm adding nord lock washers for added security though

Good idea! I have a question. Has everyone had success with super tech valves and other components? I need to build. My head and I am looking for any advice/suggestions. I was going to get valves, retainers, valve guide and seats, and also CNC pro valve locks all from supertech (except for the locks). I am looking for about 400-500whp so nothing too serious.

Home Depot bolts and washers here. But one loosened after a few thousand miles. Tightened it back up with the strength of Thor and been OK since. Might look into other stuff if it backs off again.

Where are you guys buying your bolts from? I bought some from treadstone and have had an issue with them backing out. Do you know of any that come predrilled for safety wire?
