I was reading an article last night that said not to spray pre-intercooler because the fluid won't make it through without condensing in the bars. I don't know how truthful it is, but it's food for thought.

Does anyone know how the Meth Kit feeds the Meth, I mean I know you have a PSI switch that activates it, but how do you set it to spray from lest say 5PSI at 50% to 10PSI at 100%, or is it just 100% from when it is activated?

your AEM kit is going to be on off...no mapping how much it sprays.

The AEM comes with a controller that has starting and ending psi. It adjusts the flow depending on two knobs you set. It also comes with three different nozzles to help set the flow rate. You set what psi you want it to start spraying, and then the psi you want it to reach full flow by.

what size is the nozzle pre-turbo? to make sure the droplets are small enough to not damage the turbo internals?
You can use any size you want, as long as it atomizes. Diesel guys are running 5 GPM !!! on some of those crazy tractor pullers and they report no erosion. Some of them have removed the intercoolers, they're not getting any additional cooling from them and they don't get a pressure drop. And it doesn't condense in the intercooler. I am using a .4mm pre turbo and will begin working my way up a 1mm incrementally on the dyno, same day and conditions and constant boost pressure to get empirical data.

You just need to do the math. How much fuel do you want to replace? typical 15-25%. Figure out your injectors, duty cycle, amount of boost you're running, get the flow chart for the nozzles you want to use. See what they flow at the manifold pressure you'll be at. Choose your nozzles based on that info. Det suppression or charge cooling, what's your preference? combination? Det suppression more effective in the runners. Charge cooling more effective not in the runners.

You get one that follows Injector Duty Cycle or MAP, comes with a high speed valve to interpret the IDC or MAP and delivers constant pressure. Then it will operate just like your fuel injectors do.

My tuner, and I think your's, who's abilities I respect told me he never had much
success on the s2k with WI. Quite honestly I was very surprised by his remark
considering any internal combustion engine will show benefits from a properly installed and functioning system. That remark led me to believe he didn't have a great deal of experience in this particular area or that the sytems he worked on were never properly set up to begin with. Suffice to say the Meth/WI showed marked gains on my car.
