Even though you only calibrated for over 160*F did it effect the startup at all?

I have stock rad, rad cap, coolant, 1 oem fan and during cruising 75-100mph it stays around 190F+, in traffic 205-220F, not messed with the AEM tables yet..

I don't think AEM ever changed the calibrations on the S2000 EMS. if you bought yours new, I'm positive it's reading high (inaccurate)

Updated the tables yesterday, got it on the road today. She is running around 185 or so...and 200 if it sits and idles...fan kicks on and it drops to 190 again..

Running pretty good now..

personally, i think you have air in the system. the crusing temps are not high at all, but higher then mine are, and i am in 85-90 degree weather right now. i dont see higher then 183ish around town crusing, IE moving. it gets hotter when the car is sitting. rises to about 187ish, but i have the fans on all the time to help the heat exchanger for my A2W.

anyways, check for air or just keep an eye that it never goes above 205. in all my raping of my car, i have never seen higher then 205, and thats even on the dragon.

the fans are coming on correctly. when they kick on temps should drop.
