I realized this after thinking about it, yea when you set TDC the lobes will tell you lol.

Well I know I could not format a base map for anything.. If you want to save some time you could try it how I said. It took me fifteen minutes at the tuner to swap my injectors, and I didnt even use injector clips, I did the DIY zip tie mods somewhere on the forums to hold those bad boys in place..

i spoke to john at inlinepro and he said the oem studs only need to be torqued down to honda specs once only and thats it...

Thats if your reusing your old ones. If you get new ones from the dealer they need to be heat cycled and retorqued i believe. Someone correct me if im wrong.

ok, my friend that works at honda and my friend that works at merc said you will always have to retorque after reinstalling head bolts. He also said make sure you clean the bolt hole very well!!!

I can't believe I never noticed this thread. Great work man! I'm assuming that TDC means top dead center or something right? I've never done any engine work before so this is new stuff for me.

I'm doing mine within the next week or three so this will be very very helpful!

I have a blown hg atm and I'm replacing it myself this time instead of my mechanic who did it for me last time
