Here's an interesting read
http://www.conceptualpolymer.com/PCV%20Lin...moval%20102.pdf

I saw someone using a similar setup using coalescing filters, so I bought one cheap on eBay, thought I would try it and it actually worked very well. The filter captures a lot of the oil that's suspended in the crankcase blow-by gases.

I would think that it's best to route it to the turbo inlet - as all OEM turbo cars are plumbed. If you route it to the intake mani, boost will cause the PCV to remain shut (when on boost) and not allow the crankcase to vent. As we all know, +ve pressure in the crankcase causes pumping losses so it's better to vent out when on boost.

^^ Nice.. I just bought a Saikou Michi ORB 3 breather tank with 2 1/2" inlets & a 1.25" breather filter,

didn't know he made an s2k specific one, without the breather filter though its pretty useless for boosted apps.

Why do you say that? The only thing different on a boosted setup would be to run the one hose to the intake tube before the turbo/blower instead of in front of the throttle body. What do you need a breather for?
