What exhaust are you running? In the dyno video seems to be a quiet one.
I'm running the PTuning dual exhaust. It's actually very tame for being a catless 3" exhaust. I am also running an open dump right now though so it's pretty mean sounding WOT
Nice numbers! Glad you're pleased with the final outcome. What are the future plans for your car? Street cruising/drag/track days?

FYI, he had an STi prior and s2000 started to interest him. He started researching turbo options for s2000 and came out for a ride in my car (before I sold it). He then parted his STi, sold it, and went to work buying an s2000 to install the PTuning kit in.

Thanks man! I'm definitely planning to hit the track this spring/summer. I would like to upgrade a few other things first though like tires, brakes, and the PTuning oil cooler setup before I really jump into it so for now I am taking it easy and getting used to the new power.

And Metros is correct. I had a 2008 STI before my s2k that was pushing around 300-325 to the wheels which is pretty quick for a Subaru considering the STIs only put down like 220 to the wheels stock. Anyway, I was looking to get into something else and had always wanted an s2k since I had first saw them on the road. Long story short, I met up with Metros, took a ride and was immediately sold by how great his car drove with the kit and haven't looked back since.

You don't use the secondary O2 sensor with the kit since that's only used for emissions purposes with the stock cat/exhaust. You can unplug the secondary sensor from your car and either use one of the supplied plugs for the second hole in the intermediate pipe or run a wideband there.

Nice numbers. How do you like your kit? Yeah more than likely i'll get the 35r.
Thanks man! The kit is great so far I've only driven a few hundred miles since I installed it and got tuned but everything is running perfect and I couldn't be happier with how everything turned out. Even the install itself went really smooth, everything fit perfect and there were no huge surprises or hiccups along the way. PTuning has awesome support too and has been very helpful during the whole process of putting the kit on my car.

You're welcome. Glad you didn't have to go through the headache I did with my current kit, but I look forward to having a great experience with the Ptuning kit. Did you do the install yourself?

Yes, me and my roommate put the majority of the kit on in one weekend on jackstands in a garage. I saved some time doing a few things in advance like throwing the fuel pump in, wiring up the new radiator fan, and throwing the front mount on which made it easier to concentrate on the bulk of the install when the time came.

The PTUNING oil cooler kit is an absolute must, for any customer planning to attend track days on a regular basis.

We use the Setrab Series 9 oil cooler in our oil cooler kit.

I highly recommend tracking the car! Only way to really understand the huge difference the kit makes. Also, extremely fun to pass high hp cars that aren't expecting an s2000. Brakes should only need stainless lines (good maintenance), good fluid, and carbotech pads. Then roll bar and hit the track.

Agreed. Especially if you're going to run during the hot parts of summer. Good overall safety for the track too.

It was one of the worst experiences i've had making a big purchase . I've been so unhappy with this kit ever since i've received it. Rattling issues, exhaust leaks, quality of coating, etc. Half ass kit. I've been watching this thread and this kit you got here looks awesome and well designed . Currently my Peak kit made 543/395 at 19 psi 91 octane with a Gt35r. What kind of power would I get from a GTX30r, or just go GTX35r? I'm also interested in your exhaust if I can get a great deal on it. Also want to make sure it will fit my inline pro diff kit. Oh yeah, also interested in the oil cooler setup as well. Thank you for reading this long paragraph. Merry Christmas everyone

Interested in the Ptuning kit. Please send me prices. Thank You.
