i just want to say i am very impressed with Ptuning's level of customer service especially Toan. Even though this issue has popped up for me he took the time to walk me through step by step what I need to do, making this situation a lot less stressful and easier to deal with. i don't often have the chance to say something good about a company's customer service but Toan and Ptuning do a great job, very knowledgeable and always willing to help. i hope this doesn't change.

Dale that's awesome!

And I agree! I hope they don't change either! But in my personal experiences over the years of watching them interact with new customers, old customers and even just people poking around, they've always taken care of everyone. Even behind the scenes. Their integrity is far beyond belief. Knowing that they will do the right things over and over when nobody is looking speaks volumes.
