Are you saying your kit (as nice as it is) will not hold a boost sub 12psi?
I'm not sure if any sarcasm was intended with this comment so I apologize if my response seems inappropriate.

Efficient turbo set-ups, especially turbine priority designs, are difficult to wastegate, PERIOD. I think if we were to add a few u-bends to the 4 exhaust runners or a 90 degree bend at the front of the downpipe we would have better control of the boost. However, doing these things will hurt power and boost response..... things which are way more important to us.

Look closely at the exhaust flow path on our turbo manifold to turbo to downpipe and you'll understand that there is an inevitable challenge to wastegating. However, this is a compromise we're willing to make in the name of power, etc. Furthermore, I honestly don't know why anyone would want to tune for less than 12 psi with our turbo system anyways, and that includes boost by gear. If we were dealing with a traction limited FWD car, then my thoughts would be different.

I would love to develop a twin turbo set-up for the Z06, but I think APS has a huge jump on us with that set-up, LOL.

Extremely interested in your results. Would be nice to have a reliable turbo option for track use.

if Jasons car performs anything like my car did in damn near 100 degree weather and temps not even flinch, then this is definitely going to be a great option.

Car performed extremely well on track today. Before the turbo kit passing other cars took time and a pedal flat to the floor. Now when passing cars it's rolling on the throttle and quickly manuevering around them.

The last session of the day I pushed the car with wide open track and reached max oil temperature of 226*F and coolant temperature of 190*F. This is with the oil cooler, SPAL fan (included with kit) and stock radiator. The system worked beautifully and performed as it should.

Stay tuned for track footage tomorrow. I left the camera mount in my garage today

That's awesome to hear a plug and play kit worthy of track abuse without any issues. How long is the track?
