Kit is just about finished installing. Waiting on the fan and relay kit that didn't come home for some odd reason. And this optional bracket..
SPAL 14" HP radiator fan w/ brackets (*optional bracket available for Koyo radiator)

After it gets home, it'll be off to tuning. I'm excited to see what kind of power it'll make on 91 pump..
On MY07 stock motor, ID1000s, walbro255 and SoS in-tank as fuel, since I have the cursed return-style fuel system. Here's to hoping for 400!

based on rainhaters results, you should hit 400 easy. Altho the design of this manifold doesnt seem like it would flow as well as other longer tube manifolds, the dyno proves otherwise. Returnless should only really be noticeable around 450+.

I told the tuner to keep going up on boost until the clutch slipped, well it never slipped! The power tapering off with 602 at the end isn't a big deal, we could have spend more time leveling off the boost pressure to redline which would have eliminated the power drop, but 3 pulls at 600whp was more than enough to show the potential. Injector duty cycle was 98%, 22psi (dyno Map sensor reads 2-3 psi higher than Kpro), and the clutch is an ACT HDSS pressure plate with an OEM Honda clutch disc.

Currently I am running 15psi on the street., which is around 525whp. Hondata traction control has kept the tires from spinning in 3rd gear. Overall, the power feels great!
That's what I'm talkin about. Awesome results. I will have to wait on this unfortunately, but it's good to know that the kit is solid. I would be super happy with just 93 octane.

Dont let the simple design fool you. I understand your reasoning about better flowing manifolds, but it spools things up VERY FAST. The gt3076 on my car is almost like there is no lag on the car. Boost by gear makes the car tremendously more manageable.

Just curious how much are you boosting in 1st and 2nd? I'm going boost by gear as well.

it is an early 2000s ACT pp, I have a theory that they can handle a lot higher torque capacities than the current 370trq rating versions. Ill run this as long as I can

No I did not.

fyi. With the GTX3582 gen2, boost spiked to 15/16 psi. The minimum power was 450 on pump gas. We flat lined boost pressure to 15 psi with pump but it is very sensitive to modulate. My boost curves are not as flat as Id like, but Ill work on it.

I am going to work on boost by gear, but kpro has an issue with knowing what gear I am in due to the basemap being based on an AP1 trans, no correction for ap2 reduction gear. Ill manipulate that another way.

So far, I need new tires!

It might hold on the dyno or to make a few pulls on the street, but it won't hold on a racetrack.

I do not doubt that. Its a retired track car. As stated, Ill run it as long as I can

he means the clutch will not hold. When I had my act hdss at over 600whp it held on the dyno too. But after a few burn outs and after a few launches and a few pulls the clutch was done.
