I have gone through three setups:

ACT PP & OEM Disc (slipped on track at GTA Road Atlanta and just under 500 whp)
ACT PP & ACT Full Face Disc
ACT PP & ACT Sprung 6 Puck

I run in a NASA weight to power ratio class so most of my weekend are running detuned, but the car has done over 400 whp on 93 octane and closer to 500 whp on E85. The current clutch is setup to handle whatever I or the new owner wants to throw at it for Gridlife or GTA competition. My current fuel setup is Evolved Injection 1300s and a Full Blown 340 fuel pump. I also have a set of ID1000s that I prefer to run when on 93 octane.

Great info Chris! Did you ever see slip from the ACT disc? How do you like the 6 puck sprung? Tolerable for street driving? (I am goimg to go this route once my disc fails)

No need for a surge tank? You still running the stock fuel rail and regulator?

I started dialing in boost by gear tonight. Wastegate spring in 1st and 2nd (7psi creeping to 15psi), 15 psi flat in 3rd, then 17 psi flat in 4th, 5th, and 6th. This car GOs! With new tires and warmer weather it will hook quite nicely in 2nd as it currently spins them.

How do you like it compared to your old supercharger setup?

After experiencing RAINH8R's car last night I was quite impressed with the response of this kit. As a diehard supercharger guy this kit's transient response was much faster than expected. Wow is this kit nice! Well done Ptuning!

I've driven ACT 6 pucks in a B series Honda, and my Full Blown turbo BRZ before, so I definitely find it tolerable. You definitely need more skill when launching it when driving on the street but pedal feel is fine.

I run my car as full of fuel as possible again due to needing a minimum of 3000 lb competition weight with NASA so as long as I keep it topped off I am fine. If it isn't topped off it will fuel starve in one session on E85 and it will fuel starve in the third session on 93 octane. If I was doing a full time attack build I would probably ditch the stock tank and put in a good small fuel cell, but I have heard issues with both of the popular surge tank systems, so I would rather go with OEM. Not to mention the cost when you are on a 2006+ returnless setup.

Fair enough, I'm getting some fuel starve even with the car NA right not on anything below a half tank or so. I was getting ready to pull the trigger on an SOS surge tank with a AEM 320 in both oem and surge tank. I assume the other popular system is the radium, care to elaborate about the issues?
