Check the compressor side bolts too. The 4 bolts that connect the compressor housing to the CHRA.

 

I did.

They were VERY tight.

I can't beleive how loose the hot side bolts where...especially after I checked them.

Most have been the heat cycles I'd guess.

Anyway...hopefully that fixes it..I'm still going to run around my block and see how it reacts, no boosting...since I have my old 30r map on it.

 

Hopefully thats all it was.
