Seems like very poor quality control at Kraftwerks.

Thanks for taking the time to make this list. I'll PM you with the results of my kit when I get it next week.

How is the after sales service with Kraftwerks? Those missing and non matching items told me that i'm gonna wait a little bit before ordering my kit. Hope they will fix that soon.

After-sales service has been pretty good for me.

Do you have a pic of lower IC pipe on the cold side?

Kraftwerks picks up the phone 100% of the time, so that's good. I did not find the information received on the phone all that helpful. For example, I've been told that the kit comes with an 8 rib belt. When I explained that the injectors don't fit the answer I got is that it never happened before and that I should send pictures. However, after having sent pictures I got emails from CJ which were very professional, prompt, and I've been told the missing items have been requested from the warehouse. After that I sent follow up emails asking about the calibration file and map sensor and did not get any response back. I also did not get any response back regarding a tracking number. I'm only a few hundred miles from these guys and I still didn't get the parts. I'm ok with receiving the shipment sometime next week but I hope the map sensor is in there as well. I will not have this car sitting in the garage for more than 2 weeks, I need it to get to work. My commute is now 4 times longer and absolutely blows when it rains. I can't show up in a wet suit to work

All in all I'd say the people you can talk to 100% of the time don't always know enough to help. The folks that have authority and know-how may not be as accessible. It is one or the other.

I'd say service is adequate.

I'm done with Kraftwerks. The emails I received today confirmed that I've been lied to the whole time. KW never shipped any parts to complete the kit.I asked for a tracking number and I was told they do not even have the parts on hand. If this is the service I receive being in the same state good luck if you are out of state.

What a failure.

Really? Wow, that's a shame I was interested in their kit too. So what will you do with your setup now?

Well, not much to do except get a refund. It ate enough out of my life.

Pick up an SOS Stg2 kit while your car is still apart. Tried and true kit and I've heard SOS has amazing customer service.

I'm waiting to see how these TTS group buy kits work out. If they are amazing I'm hoping another group buy will start.
