What did they say when you asked for a refund?

I bought their "new" kit, I was one of the first 8 to order out of their first batch of 8 kits. And the car is in the shop right now getting installed. I hope they included all the parts, but curious what to do if not..

You are asking the wrong question. I was once told that the missing parts were shipped.

My only piece of advice is the following, your only friend once you gave them the money is your credit card company.

Days since I asked for a refund: 9
Tracking numbers received: 0

Dollars received as a refund: 0
Your car has been down 19 additional days cause of them? Did you buy the kit directly through them or from a Vender?

I pondered a lot before choosing the TTS kit or KW. I chose KW for the price but I would have done better to choose the TTS. Service very slow sales and without true answer.

I told them that the injectors that I have received with the kit are not good for my S2000. They do not have the shoulder for the base seal and for someone has machined the end to try to adjust. When I put the cushion ring on the new injector, it's loose. The base of the injector is not the correct size. They even dared to 2 o ring 11mm to replace the 14mm needs to be done for this injector.

Grams compagnie are not able to make injector for S2000 AP1.

So who would want to buy this kit, plan to buy other injectors from another company and more.

You can can see how mine are actually way too large compared to the OEM to fit in the rail. I mentioned this on the phone and I was told to just swap the o-rings. Even without any O rings at all these injectors do not fit in the rail. I said someone has to machine these to fit and they said do not do that, it will ruin the injectors. Seems like that's what was done for yours. They started with my injectors, machined a bit, and added different o-rings. You are quite correct in that KW's injectors do not have a proper seating base and therefore cannot work even hacked the way yours are.

Since they do not have a working set of injectors for AP1s how did they get the calibration? Did you get your calibration file? I never received one.

Last week KW finally agreed that I could go with the refund route after many emails back and forth. I took the kit off the car last week. I told them I cannot afford to have the car sitting on blocks indefinitely. They could not ship the missing parts at that time. Who knows when they can. But that doesn't mean I got a refund. Excelerate dug their heels in and I was not able to get $ or return shipping address.

It's not a refund in my book until I get a refund. Promises from KW do not comfort me anymore.

I bought the kit without tuning. They probably do the tuning with a AP2, they do not have the same injector that AP1.

Injectors on S2000 are not Ap1-2 related.

2000-2005 have all the same injectors, fuel rails, seals, intake
2006-2008 are the other kind.

to install the injectors you have you need a Aluminum adaptor like Ktuned sell for RDX injectors or Injectors Dynamics for B/D/H series, and the 3 years old one make for S2000. Injectors Dynamics now have special S2000 injectors that don't use the top aluminum injectors.

Deatschwerks and other company makes that fits very well without modification...

But the top of the injector is the last of my worries. It's the base of the injector Grams not the correct size.
