I can't imagine how $ it would have been to have this installed by a shop. The quotes I got were $1000 or above. How would you keep a car stranded for weeks there? Then on the return side do you pay again to have the kit removed?

ah man. I hate to hear that. The design was looking like it could be a good one, but if the company is shitty then your experience will be shitty.

you lost my business KW.

thank you SOS for always being there

I hate to hear this too. We will be in touch with Kraftwerks to address this for you.

Wow, I'm sorry to see how KW treats their customers. I am very familiar with their 8th Gen Civic kits and they also have a reputation for shipping those with incorrect or missing parts. They clearly need to get their act together! Here's to hoping your refund goes through without any issues

Lol, that must hurt when kraftwerks has to fork up the money back to the customers. It's a shame that a company can't even line their ducks in a row. They need to fire who's in charge of their quality and inventory control if they didn't even include the necessary parts to make their kit function properly. I thought skunk2/kraftwerks was better than that?

Everything is in order on the S2000 kits now. There were some issues with packaging and they've made some refinements to the S2000 kits as well, which held up a few parts for this most recent customer. But everything is ready to go on Monday/Tuesday.

Let me put this into perspective with some numbers. I think anyone can look at this and see clearly what is going on.

Days since I told KW I am missing the parts: 19
Days since I've been told my parts shipped: 17
Days since I asked for a refund: 9
Tracking numbers received: 0
Parts received: 0
Dollars received as a refund: 0
