Hmm, interesting stuff. I don't lurk here very much.

I've been fairly satisfied with the performance and power of the older KW kit on my 07. But I've had just too many tensioner pulley problems, even with the Gates tensioner and upgraded bearings. Just fried another bearing and Gates racing belt.

Looks like there are some happy campers here, already running the new KW kit. So today I ordered the new KW kit from Excelerate with the C38-91 upgrade. Primarily, I think, because I like the dedicated cog belt drive for spinning the blower - separated from the OEM serpentine drive. I'm keeping my ID 1000cc injectors, though, and I am going to retain my 330 Laminova.

Good choice. Man I'm still rocking the new style kit. To my knowledge they have rectified all their issues. After they sent me the better machines pulleys and a new belt I haven't experienced any problems. The kit is very much alive when you get on it.

Nik2k, where did you have your tune done at? And was there anything done to the motor or completely stock? Just wondering cause I have the same mods as you but only did 403rwhp n 235tq
