Rotrex C38 Kraftwerks log
Deatschwerks is the worst injectors crap on the market
Your injectors are exact the same as mine on my S2000 2004, (I have the first gen of Injectors Dynamics 725cc)
you only have a parts missing.
do you install everything and tightening the fuel rail?
if not, make it, you will seee injectors will be tight in the intake seal after that.

I pondered a lot before choosing the TTS kit or KW. I chose KW for the price but I would have done better to choose the TTS. Service very slow sales and without true answer.
I told them that the injectors that I have received with the kit are not good for my S2000. They do not have the shoulder for the base seal and for someone has machined the end to try to adjust. When I put the cushion ring on the new injector, it's loose. The base of the injector is not the correct size. They even dared to 2 o ring 11mm to replace the 14mm needs to be done for this injector.
Grams compagnie are not able to make injector for S2000 AP1.
So who would want to buy this kit, plan to buy other injectors from another company and more.

For those concerned about the missing parts and the injector fitment issue, it was caused by an oversight as we changed our "BOM" (bill of materials) over from the old Kraftwerks supercharger system to the new revised version, and it HAS BEEN CORRECTED. Unfortunately the switch in the "BOM" also caused a few other issues for us internally, which resulted in George's (cvjoint) kit arriving incomplete.
We've offered George (cvjoint) an assortment of options to make this right:
-Overnighting missing parts to him
-Free Header
-Free Install and tune
-Free Clutch (installed)
-40% discount on any of our other products
Sadly making it right didn't seem to be an option, as "cvjoint" stated he was already in the process of having his credit card company refund his money, which means if we sent the remaining components he would have a complete kit for FREE. Also, being that he purchased the kit from a retailer he was instructed to contact the actual seller for the refund, since that is the place he purchased it from. Hopefully everyone can recognize we are not posting to make anyone look bad, or tarnish there reputation, we are simply trying to provide some facts that seem have been left out. If given another chance we'd still like to solve the issues with George's (cvjoint) kit.
The last thing we want is for people to walk away unhappy. We're car people too, so we know first hand what it feels like to have your baby stuck in the garage waiting for parts and we are working on ways to avoid such things from happening to customers when purchasing from Kraftwerks.
Remember everyone, we are not on the board all the time, if you have ANY questions or concerns please feel free to email us at support@kraftwerksusa.com or call us at 951.808.9888 we are here 8:00am to 5:00pm, Monday-Friday and break for lunch from 12:00-1:00pm. Emails may not be instant because they are answered in the order received.
Note: We are also now offering the C38-91 as an upgrade option for the S2000 kit, and it does not require any changes in piping.

You've been messaged again via Facebook with information about the injectors, PLEASE email us this time. Below shows what parts we'd like to get in your hands.

It is certainly appreciated that you made an appearance here to explain this unfortunate incident. However if you plan to sell more of the S2000 kits I would highly recommend and humbly but heavily suggest that you regularly read this forum. For all things S2000 this is where a great deal of people find their information. As a current owner of your previous kit and a member of this forum since 2005, this is where I obtained information several years ago on your kit and led me to buying it. Personnel form Kraftwerks used to be here to answer questions quite regularly. We expect that from any company that cares about their product and the customer to which they are sold. Please take note of other performance companies that do the same here on this forum. Being that this is a new kit is my humble suggestion and recommendation to follow up here regularly at least once a week to answer customers questions etc. I feel that this will only help you in the long run. Thank you. Brian
Sorry, a bit late to this but we've been extremely busy this week. It should be noted that Kraftwerks and I have worked extensively to provide a resolution for George (cvjoint). We've offered discounts, overnighting parts, free parts, etc. I've exchanged dozens of emails with the customer to try to help out but he doesn't seem to want to be helped. And I was only notified about this about 1.5 weeks ago. So in that time we worked with KW to get a resolution, once I realized there was an issue. I apologize to George for the missing components from KW but it was human error and they have attempted to right the wrong and compensate him generously too for the inconvenience.
We actually tested 2", 2.5" and 3" piping during the R&D process and our piping design showed the best results.
Kraftwerks;

Thanks again for your continued support and not trashing us here on S2ki Brian, it's appreciated.
I'd definitely like to see an increased presence here. Speaking for myself and I'd imagine many others, a regular presence to answer and address all sales and technical related questions would only benefit both parties.
@ Kraftwerks
I'm not disappointed of my kit. It's a nice kit. The error is possible at all. I am disappointed by the service department, your response time is too long. Revise this problem and errors will no longer such a strong impact.
