@Kraftworks, if you advertise here in this forum and also reap the rewards of selling kits as a result, then it wouldn't be out of line to expect that you would have the service personnel to maintain your relationship here on this forum. Step up to the plate or don't bother to play here, nothing will hurt your business more in the long run then stretching your time too thin to where you cant maintain the relationships you establish by your sales. Its a close community here and there are plenty of other great alternative choices to your kit, service is the only real lasting leg you have to stand on when other companies have already proven themselves to perform at a high level reliably.

At Kraftwerks and distributors:

If you tell me a part is shipped and my car is down waiting for said part and it turns out you were less than truthful about shipping said part, we are DONE. I've had this happen to me recently. Once you've overstated you response and not come IMMEDIATELY clean, there is no more credibility. NONE. I will never deal again with someone who has burned me like this and I don't fault anyone else who doesn't as well. As the saying goes, Fool me once...

If I were you, I'd go extremely out of my way to be very diligent with your QC/QA.

@kraftwerks:

Like everyone is saying, support and being here to stand behind your product is really what we are looking for here. Continuous support, not just for the launch of new items. That alone will sell more kits for you here then anything. I have been following the progress of your new kit since the unveiling last year, and I am not the only one still doing so. You have a chance to really show your product here and what your company is capable of.

If you and your reps stay desolate of this place, your kit will get the same reputation as HKS kits.

Well can u tell me how much psi can u push out from c38-91 with the current piping system?
Thx
The kit will still be at 11psi, because the pulley size will be the same.

We actually tested 2", 2.5" and 3" piping during the R&D process and our piping design showed the best results.
Is it possible to get a pulley that offers more boost than 11?

@Kraftwerks

Can you please tell the poor folks who bought your kits some details about the pulley system? You know what I mean. Tell us the truth this time.

How many Rotrex kits were sent incomplete? There is a nice tabulation on another site showing clearly that missing parts are business as usual at KW. From all the S2000 owners I've also gotten a glimpse that this is true in the S2000 community as well.

@Excelerate

Can you please tell me why your business is incapable to offer a refund? Every honest business out there can issue a refund because there is a process in place. You offered "options." Yes. None involved getting my kit working in the first 30 days of the purchase. Every honest business will have a system in place to offer a refund if it sent an incorrect kit that is incomplete as well. Are you surprised that after having been lied to 4 times I'm not willing to

A. whip out my credit card and buy more gear from KW
B. Drive my car 700 miles for the third install on this car
C. Keep my car on the side of the road indefinitely while KW finds the time to complete the kit

You cannot force your customer to accept options he is not interested in. Sometimes you just have to make do on your invoiced promises or process a refund.

Cvjoint, can you tell us about the pulley system? I'm very interested in what you have to say.

I'm sure it has to do with the cog system and longevity.

@kraftwerks

Welp guys,

After reading all this and being afraid that this would happen to me, it did! You guys included a 144mm belt and my 08 new style c38-81 kit needs a 128mm like the instructions say is supposed to be there... Please resolve this quickly... We haven't even gotten to the injectors yet... I was one of the 1st to buy one of the first 8 kits produced, so does this mean mine is absolutely the wrong injectors?

We understand and we are making adjustments to improve customer service and technical support response time. With that being said, depending on where you are, please keep in mind that we are on Pacific Standard Time and closed for business on weekends. For example, the email you sent us Friday is just getting looked at today.

We hear you load and clear "s2000junky". The staff member responsible for engaging with the forum community also carries a ton of other tasks and can not simply watch the forums day in, day out. Often times here on S2Ki you all do a great job of sharing helpful, accurate information. Threads such as this one are normally brought to our attention days after things have gone out of control. Again, we're going to try to improve that. The gesture we made towards "cvjoint" should show that we DO care about service and our customers, as we offered him a variety of freebies before knowing anything about his thread. We also have a tech/customer service staff here Monday-Friday answering phones and emails, rather than being upset at us in a thread we know nothing about, enthusiasts/customers/potential customers should just give us a call or email us, we're happy to help!

We've been very transparent in the process of helping the few customers that have had issues. We made "cvjoint" numerous offers and he refused all of them and proceeded to contact his credit card company, rather than getting a refund from the dealer he purchased it from. Again, we all enjoy cars here at Kraftwerks, so we recognize how much of "bummer" it can be when you don't have everything you need.

Give us a call or email us so we can help you "iLLap2", the belt that comes in the kit is a 1,280mm. We'll also be able to get you the injector components you need.
