Default RPM surge?

First off the basics, i have an MY00 its got about 65K miles on it, and i just got it Turboed(about 3000 miles ago), using UR's 2nd Gen turbo Kit. I also have an Invidea exhaust, next week im getting the test pipe in(didnt have enough money 4 it at the time).

Installed it and tuned it the next day, after that it was fine, now when i hold the accelerator pedal alittle while in nuetral. Let it rev to 3000 RPM, there is a surge and it drops to about 2500 RPM, then back up to 3000, and keeps doing this as long as i hold it there. Thats one problem, second on my emanage(blue) if i hold the pedal the same and get the surge there is a flashing yellow light inside of the green light...the car feels the same as i got it from the tuner.

The car never did this when it was stock, so i dont know what to think anymore, but i tried everything i can think of, and no solution.

Not too sure if u understand that, but im not sure whats going on with my car, any and all help is greatly appreciated.

Thanx

Moose

I think you should take it back to the tuner or at least call him and see what he says.

it runs fine throughout first through 4th, but if im under 3000 RPM in 5th or 6th, then give it gas, sometimes(very rarely) it hicups and jerks back and fourth.....from that i kinda thought it was fuel related, so i checked the clips on the injectors and those were fine. Didnt really know how to check the injectors them self.

feeling a "hicup" when getting on the gas under 3000rpm in 6th is normal, your putting a huge load on the motor, i do not recommend doing this
