Not sure that Jeff offers Etune via Haltech PNP

If you are already planning on upgrading, why not do it now?

Seems foolish not to do it ahead of time.
Well I currently have a 3.4" pulley and belt. I read (on here) that the 3.0" pulley is more prone to slipping and that it maxes out the blower?

How much whp will I gain from 3.4 to 3.0?
The 3" pulley will "max" the blower at 8500rpm. You will gain power through the entire rpm range with the pulley change. Peak rpm you will likely see 20-25whp and roughly half of that in trq. It’s a noticeable improvement for sure. Belt slippage isnt an issue with proper belt tension in my experience. I’m running a 2.7” now and have a little issue.

So what happens when I hit 9000RPM (or bounce off the limiter?) will it still make power? Is it dangerous for the blower?

So what whp does a 3.0" make, like 370whp at 9000?

yeah you will continue to make power, just realize your blower spinning beyond its rated rpm is likely going to shorten the bearing life, for some its a fair trade off to make more power. I'm over spinning mine.

3" pulley to 9k will net you 15psi and approaching 400whp.

If your worried about over spinning the blower, get the 3.2" pulley.

If you want a used sos 3" pulley pm me, Ive got one I can part with.
