I'm on page 11 now, doing the belt tensioner assembly install. I pulled out bag 4 and read the contents(looked kinda empty). I put together the pully to the tensioner and then noticed I didnt have some peices.
Bag 4 brings another lil 4x6"bag with the stepped spacers and other hardware. And that bag was NOT suppiled...

So now im w/o a car till i get those peices
I know you've said your sure. But I just thought I'd add, IIRC they are in a tiny bag. Probably the smallest bag in the whole kit. The bag was maybe 1.5" x 3" at the most.

Just an fyi.

Im 100% positive. I laid out each bag numercialy on a glass table. So things wouldnt get complicated or lost. I was the one handing over the peices that were needed for each step.
TRUST me everything was opened, reopened, checked and rechecked

Its not fun being w/o a car. I called up SOS today and there trying to figure this out
This part is shown as sent on your check list. Are you sure that you checked the packaging materials? The bag is fairly small. We will have another batch of these in stock tomorrow. Give us a call if you need help.

Yeah...right now at 5.15psi I'm doing just under 291HP. I have those dyno results and I'll be tuning it at the same location so that will give me a good idea of the delta without worrying about different dynos. SoS is sending the 10psi pulley for stage 2 and I'll be AEMed with UEGO.

I can't wait for the bump in power. I was a little hesitant to go beyond Stage 1 at first, but the process was so easy (install, tune, etc.) that I feel better about taking the next step now.

I'm hoping for 350-360 range...if I hit your power/tq I'll be jumping up and down for joy.
Couldn't wait could ya? You wont be disappointed! Good luck!

This has been a popular question, so here is a listing of the tools required:

screw drivers (phillips no. 2, flat no. 1)
socket set & wrench (10, 12, 13, 14, 17, 19mm)
wrench set, metric (14, 17mm)
wrench, metric allen socket set (4, 8mm)
wrench, SAE allen socket set (5/32, 3/16")
wrench, adjustable
wrench, torque (7 - 53 lb/ft)
wrench, torque (up to 192 lb/ft)
crankshaft pulley removal tool (Honda part no. 07JAB-001040A & 07JAB-001020A or aftermarket Powerbuilt part no. 648796)
breaker bar (if aftermarket tool used)
pliers
hole saw, 1 3/8" (35mm)
wire cutter
wire stripper
terminal crimper
razor blade (or hose shears)
optional: 7mm nut driver (otherwise Phillips screw driver may be used)
note that thread tape, anti-seize paste, and medium thread locker is included with the kit

Please note that although we have designed the system to be as user friendly as possible, we HIGHLY recommend professional installation. If you are not comfortable with the installation, use your better judgement and have a professional complete the work. We also recommend the car to be placed on a dyno after installation to verify proper operation.

Cheers,
-- Chris
