Depends on how much boost... Mild boost under 7psi, sure. Since stock is 11:1

You could always put on a thicker head gasket

cool thats what i was thinking, just get thicker head gasket, yea not looking for 500whp thats why i stuck to these pistons, plus living in california cant do much to your car besides supercharging and stay street legal, wish i could go turbo and get crazy amounts of hp and stay street legal but that aint happening in cali...thanks

If Greddy get's carb and you decide on that, then you can't turn up the boost per say the same as you could with stock.

what would i need to do besides thicker head gasket to run a greddy safely if they do get a carb legal kit out?now im wishing i went with the low compression pistons i just didnt want to have low compression pistons in my car and not be able to get boosted for awhile it would of probably ran like crap,oh well maybe i just get spoon head gasket raise compression and enjoy the car..

true with 9:1 CR on all motor the car would have been a bit slower, but not horribly, and since you are thinking of boosting anyways it would have been liveable. no matter though, if you boost in future, just get 3mm hg and that will throw you back into the mid-high 9's on CR.

in otherwords, its not the end of the world.
