Sent out my block to be made Bulletproof
Last Monday I sent my short block to Earl Laskey in California. I am getting it Benson sleeved, CP 9:1 pistons at stock bore, pauter rods, and everything else he'll do to make it sweet. He said about 6-8 weeks. I should be able to run up to 40 psi, but I only have the UR gen II kit, so I dont think I'll be able to get that high till I upgrade things(mani, turbo, downpipe, etc.) What do you guys suggest as far as the upgrades I will need excluding drivetrain, to make the most boost?

You may want to get the crank shaft balanced while your at it, and have the valve springs adjusted. That's about all I got besides maybe a better oil pump?
Oh ya, make sure you have the update oil banjo bolts. You have a 2002 by your sig so I doubt you need them. I don't remember what year they started using the new ones.

What oil pump did you upgrade to?
The upgrade oil banjo bolts started mid way through 2002. There is an FAQ and you can check by VIN. The easier way would be to have the engine builder look and see if there are four holes or two.
