How close does the manifold come to the oil filter? Is there enough room to install a sandwich plate for an oil cooler between the filter?

Are you worried about the A/C line being so close to the downpipe in the area without heat shielding?

Is there a bracket between the turbo and cross member or does it actually rest right on it?

 

GRRRRR this makes me want to get a used AP1 and get one of these

That exhaust sounds about the same as my custom HKS Ti 3" setup sounds...really upset on boost. haha. The numbers look good for sure, spool looks to be a little slower than a 30R as well. I know you said on the street it makes 8psi by 4000rpm which is VERY good.

That 5857 has a 58mm compressor and 57mm turbine, 30R has a 57mm compressor and 60mm turbine. So close in terms of what the turbos are capable of. Need more c16 and high boost to see what this turbo is more like. You havent even gotten close to maxing it out.
