I hit mine with my 1100# Ingersoll impact and didn't budge it.

You may be cooling the bolt way too much. The point is to creat a big temperature differential between the crank and bolt. You need the crank to be hot while the bolt is cold. If you spray the bolt head too long, then you will cool the crank too!

With Rob's (LBPS2K06) help, we broke the crank bolt loose in 5-10 minutes!

We put a 10"-12" bar on the crank bolt removal tool, and rested it against a rigid structure. The breaker bar we used on the bolt was probably around 48", and we used an extension piece so the bar would end up between the radiator fan and the cross-member frame. A couple of jolts later, the bolt was free.
