Default supercharger belt pops off?

I was wondering if any one else had this problem? I went through 3 brand new Gatorback belts(#4060400). Driving around normal everything is fine, as soon as i get on it in vetc the belt pops off. Any input would help. thanks

Either the pulley's are not properly aligned, or you aren't putting the belt on tight enough.

How do I adjust the pulleys? I am not using any spacers? I thought supercharger just bolts on and it ready to go. Thanks for the reply.

Or you need an ASP racing pulley that has a lip. http://www.aspracing.com/frame.htm

Sounds like a loose belt that throws with engine torque.

What SC are you using?

Any stock pulley won't have a problem loosing belts, as long as both crank and SC pulleys are lined up properly.

I took my car to a shop(I could not figure out the problem), where they said they would fix it for me. I guy told me no problem we have instaled a couple of comptech kits. He called me today and said all fixed the pulley was off a little, he said they modified the pulley bracket, so all the pulleys are alined. I picked it up(after paying a nice bill) let the car warm up, soon as the car got to like 6100rpms the belt came off again, I was pissed. Took it back the said can not look at it untill saterday. Can any one help me. I am in New Jersey thanks -kevin

Go back over the install directions and look for some thing out of place. Is the bolt on pulley sheave seated properly against the crank pulley?
