Smogging would be an issue since most likely, you will have to be running a stand-alone ECU, such as the AEM EMS.

Here in MD, if you're supercharged, you can just disconnect your EMS when emissions time comes around (via OBDII port scan) and connect your stock ecu. Drive to the emissions station without boosting at all...should pass without a hitch. You might wanna cycle the car a few times but it should work.
