Some more info I got from my tuner:

What is the shifter position with the V160 Supra 6 speed Getrag swap?
The V160 has the shifter in a pretty similar position as the S2000
has. The difference is 20mm (V160 has the shifter more to the rear).
Add the thickness of the adapter plate so the shifter will be about
35mm more to the rear. If this does not fit your requirements, the
shifter bracket of the Supra transmission can be shortened pretty
easily, allowing the shifter to go forward about 50mm or get in
exactly the same position as with the stock S2000 gearbox (stock
position preferred obviously, but if you have long arms you might go
for a shifter position slightly forward)

What are the clutch options?
The clutch needs to be custom compiled as well. We work with the
ATS/Carbonetics setup, which has a replaceable centre hub, depending
on what transmission you have (changes the input splines). All we had
to do is customize the Supra 6 speed hub that fits in the S2000 twin
plate carbon ATS clutch. It doesn't make much sense to go single plate
clutch setup. If your single plate clutch setup is sufficient there is
no need to replace your stock S2000 transmissions either!

What do you need besides the obvious: adapterplate, supra transmission
and clutch?
We still need to source some custom parts for controlling the clutch
with the S2000 pedal (master cylinder). The supra clutch is also
hydraulic so no real big issues expected there. The ATS clutch makes
use of the push/pull conversion mechanism. So you need that as well to
fit inside the Supra transmission. Then a custom mount to bolt
everything up to the car and a custom driveshaft. We will make a
custom driveshaft to bolt to a Supra JZA80 differential as this car
will also get the Supra differential with the big torsen locker!

What about pilot bearing / throw out bearing / fork etc?
Pilot bearing will be a custom solution, throw out bearing and fork we
use from the carbonetics clutch.

How much for a kit or what are the plans on selling this?
The kit is not finished. I can sell the adapter plate right now, but
you have to compile a kit around it. If you want a full kit we have to
wait a few more weeks. Also we're in the Netherlands so shipping every
unit seperately is not really interesting. Moreover I'm not a trader
on the forums, nor a parts trader in general. If any trader would like
to pick this up please contact me. The trader can determine the
pricing, but it depends on the numbers sold as well. It took a while
to develop the whole system!
