What spring are you guys using on your Tial QRJ for SOS? My Tial makes a rattle at part throttle with the pink spring.. I swapped the green one (stiffer) and it rattles alot less. Seems like throttle response is improved as well because the boost kicks in faster.

Are you supposed to grease the BOV shaft?

 

That's odd. I don't recall ever hearing any rattling noise coming from my QRJ BOV when it was on my SOS AC. Maybe post a video of what your hearing exactly?

The rattle noise gets higher pitched as I rev higher. It happens when I'm not WOT, or cruising. Probably when the spring is compressed enough so the piston seal comes close to seal.

I'm 100% sure it's from the QRJ becuause noise goes away when I put the stock Bosch BPV on.
