Are you guys changing out the HG yourselfs? Or having a shop do it? How much does it usually run to do HG and studs at a shop?

I'm on stock hg. And at 13 psi. 93 pump. Ptuning kit, ID 1000 injectors, aem series 2 ems, 255 walbro. AND this is my 3rd time turboing this car, and i'm 100K+ miles

my duty cycle With the Id1000 @8 psi is between 35 and 40 lots of room
