No problem man, if you have any more questions feel free. Want to do it right this time and thats why I want to help so much. I know how it feels to have to re-do stuff right, so props to you.
i agree. thats why im not jumping into anything before i get my preferred set-up. As well if you have a garage, try and DIY on the turbo install. It will help in the long run when you run into problems

uh... if you had to break open the motor to put a stock HG.. you might as well do the thicker one..

dont break open the motor unless you are going to put a thicker HG...Alot of folks are still on stock HG like myself...and are pushing ALOT more power than i ever will.

Either make up your mind now for the HG swap to a thicker, or dont break open the motor..

oh sounds good, but the original headgasket that on the engine ( engine has 43000 miles on it) should be able to last?

Just do a compression test. That will tell u how well the engine is. That low of mileage you should be fine!

some how the previous owner had 404hp at 19psi
that is what i got out of my kit on a dyno pack 3000 404 whp and 265ftlb mine should be about 430 on different dyno but i called inline pro and they said that was about right on that manifold. at 19-20 psi. i also had 3mm headgasket. but you will make better numbers with the stocker. i think about 13-14psi should weild you 400whp on stocker. from what i have read
