They can do a restrictor for anything you want really, it's only a means of turning the interior out to the right size.

How do you solve the 4" inlet vs. the 3.5" inlet? Are you going custom? Was thinking of the C38-92, but wasn't sure if it will fit the stock radiator. I can run the thin profile spal fan with an after market radiator, but not sure how much clearance I will have. Thinking of fabricating the intake down to the side wheel anyways. Running the intake filter next to the radiator fan is asking for overheating.

Its really 3" (76mm) vs 3.5" (89mm)...I misspoke earlier. I'll figure it out when I get it. If I have to run a 3" I'll still be ok with it...I just didn't want to limit myself.

3.5in will be no problem for the intake. It is the same size as the n1200. You shouldnt have a problem.

4in is a different story, the radius is much larger on bends and makes it a pita.

Are any of you guys opting to add a head gasket to run the full 18psi?
