Its sounds like a wiring issue.

Like an above post said is the harness may have something that needs to be fixed.

I had a Comptech supercharger years ago on a CL, and would have brake up issues in vtec.

Turned out the wiring diagram provided by comptech was wrong. Some CL's had different color wires for some reason. Check with greddy to see if they are aware with the problem and if they have any solutions.

Also check with the guy out NH as well.

the person who was having the same issue as me said it was a faulty knock sensor, the weird thing is i never had this issue before the turbo kit and it always pulled thru vtec no problem. but:

the block in my car is a 2006 2.2 liter with the intake manifold switched over to worked with the ap1 ecu(no more dbw)..

after some searching i found that the knock sensor in the 2006+ is different than the 2000-2005.

could i have to set some jumpers /setting different in the emanage to accomodate this knock sensor from the dbw ap2?

i think im making some progress lol

btw, the car does not break up in 1st, rarley in 2nd and only sometimes in 3rd.. its usually only when theres more load on the motor

I wonder if you could just get an ap1 knock sensor and put it in. Did you upgrade the clutch? I've heard that where the knock sensor is located, it can be damaged by removing and reinstalling the tranny.
