you need the short one thats NOT angled upwards, but hangs in a 90 degree angle on the bottom.

Re-use your old sock otherwise your fuel gauge will give you inaccurate date. Or try to get the right one!

Does anyone know how far the wastegate should be able to move. I have the actuator off and the waste gate moves sort of freely and only about 40-45 degrees. Should it be able to open all the way out? Do I need to oil it or something?
I can't open it like this wide.

You can get the right sock perhaps at ebay.. i got mine supplied with my HRC 255LPH fuel pump...

I think its normal that the wastegate flapper doesnt open 90 degrees when the downpipe is ON.. it should hit the downpipe at around 45 degrees...
if you have the turbo off the car, you should better port the wastegate 1-2mm bigger ( make sure the wastegate flapper will still cover the hole, even with the sideway play it has.. ) so you won't have a big boost creep issue anymore and the flow will be better..

They sell the filter sock at honda. I just ordered one.

Yep, the turbo isn't installed yet. I was thinking of porting the wastegate but that flapper won't move all the way down Like in the picture. Am I supposed to put more force on it, I don't want to break anything.
