At 15PSI and 4:625 gears it is pretty lethal. The wave of torque comes in so strong at 4k that its hard to learn to not be surprised by it.
I recommend an external waste gate and screamer pipe, so much fun...

I'm running 14psi until ~6200 rpm. The pressure slowly drops from that point on till redline (lowered to 8600 because of strain/ back pressure on the engine) because I'm hitting the physical flow limit of the manifold. At redline boost is ~9psi and 290hp. So I have a rapid boost curve and then it really just dies above 6k lol. I have the pfab mani but no ewg as well as a 70mm tp and exhaust. But I'm sick of this kit and it's stupid power because it doesn't pull where it should be. I wanted power like you but just can't get it because the manifold is too restrictive. That ewg must do wonders with the exhaust flow since it's diverting it out of the manifold AND not recirculating. F*ck me for keeping the internal gate lol. This spring an equal length and/ or twin scroll setup will be my next upgrade.
I must be one of the lucky ones. I am still making power at 9200rpm and holding 15psi all the way to the limiter!

What did you do with the internal gate? Did you weld it shut or use a bracket?

Welded shut pal. Simple enough!

What about the fuel? e85 or pump? And I assume you still have vtec engaging right? Asking because the previous owner of my greddy kit was making like 340whp on e85, 15lbs boost and no vtec. Original manifold as well but when I received it it was cracked and warped to hell.

Vtec comes in at 6500rpm and its on pump but i am in the UK so its 98ron.

I think the Pfab stock replacement manifold and the Tial external wastegate really helps.

I'd like to see the dyno too. I don't have the final result of mine but here's a pic of what it basically looked like. http://s1066.photobucket.com/user/ce...r8nhi.jpg.html

I also made a vid of my build so check it out if you'd like..

^Nice, reminds me of my ordeal. Bought a used kit for a steal but then I figured out why. Downpipe and manifold was cracked. Rewelded the DP and got a PFab manifold. With new injectors and a FlashPro I still came out better than a new kit. Also had ugly paint on the charge pipes that I had to remove lol. I even had the same issue with the oil return hitting the mount. I cut the return tube just like you did but I'm still crushing the hose a bit. So far it's holding up but when I get a chance I going to get an aftermarket mount, hopefully that'll give me more room. I just have no intentions on removing everything again.
