VitTuned S2000 Project Begins
Not at all, PRL's work is great. If it does crack I have no doubt they'll warranty it. The manifold on my Civic is made out of 321 stainless and is even thinner the Schedule 10 PRL made this manifold out of.
Had a chance to get the car back on the dyno to touch up the pump gas portion with the new motor. I was able to push the turbo to 20lbs on 92 octane with the new bottom end (flat top pistons helped, eh) and squeeze out ~50whp more over the previous pump gas setup on the stock motor.

And the comparison against E85 (bear in mind E85 pull was in 5th gear -- spool is unaffected by the gear change since the ramp rate/load is the same with the pack, but power is ~5% lower than 4th gear).

And of course, fireballs when I'm clowning.

Props to InlinePro for assembling a good bottom end in such a rush for me.

They are a lot of fun, I really should of done it sooner. Only way to make more power now is to go to a 6267 and 2200cc injectors, and I don't really want to go that route -- I'm thoroughly enjoying it at the power level and I think I would really miss having the really quick spool of the 58 (28lbs of boost @ 4600 rpm on a 2L spinning to 9200 is pretty fun).
that's the boat im in now with the fuel system. I maxed out my 900's/walbro 450 combo. I have a bb 62/66 gen2 on the car with a vband .82 inlet rear. id like it to come in a bit sooner, but I got the turbo with intentions on doing a bigger motor in the future. im also running an exedy twin in the car. drive nearly 50+ miles a day and I couldn't be happier with it
