Why is it that my car failed on the dyno?

Or when I took apart my motor and saw what happened and then looked at everything else and looked at my tune and connected everything together I realized what happened. Did it ever occur to you that he told me the wastegate line melting was a cover up for what happened ? That he had no idea what he was doing? That the wastegate line was to blame because he didnt set boost cut ? Do you read anything before you post ?
You just said why boost cut wasn't set.

Something he does is now my fault lol ?
It was stated once we found out the wastegate spring was 14psi he removed the boost controller. He then stated that he put the new lines on. The motor blew AFTER the next pull. What are you not reading here ?

Take him to small claims. As far as him not paying after court depends on the state... I was sold a bad motor, took the guy to court, i won, he tried not to pay they garnished his pay lol... sounds like you should of did more research on the tuner you picked...ethir way good luck man.
