Wow...ok the post wasn't intended to be "what do you think of the music I listen to" but I should have figured as much. Yes the top was up, I had just installed the mount and didn't want to take a chance of losing the camera. And as for my driving...tell you what...until I see a video of your driving...STFU.

Nhan, I have no idea why you think it looks slow.

lol, I think the internet has desensitized us, usually when you click on a video on the net you see something shocking, put to Linkin Park

looking at the pics I was trying to figure out how to make the mount turn with the steering wheel

thats pretty cool man, cool idea. where is the control mechanism?

looks like florida somewhere.

oh, but i do question the stability of the camera, i noticed on a few bumps the camera had some movement. maybe you can stabilize it somehow.

The controller is a simple Traxxas RC car controller. Nothing special. The mount is not solid at all...the secret compartment lid is made of two thin pieces of plastic with about a half a inch in between them. I'm working on making a brace so it doesn't bounce around as much.

Like I said this is version one...it'll be an ongoing project that I'll tinker with when I'm bored.
