Default Window Squeeks/Grinds when rolling up/down

Hey guys my passenger window has started to make a squeaking noise / grinding noise whenever I roll the windows in either direction. Do I need to lube something or does this mean some part of it is dirty and clogged?

I searched for window grind but I got hits for transmissions. Any help would be appreciated as it's very annoying and I feel as if the grinding is harming something. Thanks

Try cleaning the seals and applying some silicon grease.

So I took off the door panel, and I couldn't really see what I needed to do.

I had a miata before with similar issues and I took the door panel off and that exposed the window channels.

Do any of you guys have any more insight on what it could be? Or where I should be looking at?
